Meal plans are available as an add-on and include breakfast and dinner options designed to accommodate omnivores, vegans, and gluten-sensitive guests. Service begins with dinner on Thursday evening and continues through breakfast on Sunday morning.

Brunch is served hot and buffet-style, featuring hearty and lighter choices such as sausage, bacon, eggs, potatoes, oatmeal, a build-your-own parfait station, fresh fruit, juices, and coffee. Dinners are also offered as hot buffets, with rotating selections that may include beef roast, grilled chicken, taco bar, a pho bar, fresh salads each day, variety of teas, desserts, and other nourishing options.
